Return Policy


All full priced, unworn, undamaged items returned with original tags within 7 days of receiving shipment will be ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. 
For online returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

Please note: you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product to receive our authorization prior to shipping the product back.

All discounted/sale items jewelry, fragrances, eyewear, face masks, underwear, gift cards and drinkware, are FINAL SALE. No store credit or refund will be issued. 


Please email [email protected] with your reason for return, along with your name and and order number. You will receive instructions on how to return the item if eligible. 

COVID 19 DISCLAIMER: Due to Covid-19, our carriers (UPS, USPS, FED EX) are experiencing significant delays and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates and windows. If you do not receive your package 2 weeks from the ship date, please contact us and we will start a claim with the carrier. If your package has still not arrived 30 days from the ship date, we will start the process of refunding your order.

We offer one rate shipping within the US for your total order. 

One Rate $8.00


We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. Product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with hang tags attached and accompanied by original receipts. Exchange only with gift receipt. Gift cards are non-refundable. All  discounted/sale items, eyewear, jewelry, drinkware, candles, fragrances, face masks, underwear and drink accessories are final sale.
