All full priced, unworn, undamaged items returned with original tags within 7 days of receiving shipment will be ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND. 
For online returns, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees. 

Please note: you must email us within 7 days of receiving the product to receive our authorization prior to shipping the product back.

All boots, shoes, sandals, gift cards, special order, pre-order, discounted/sale, resale, local, handmade, jewelry, drinkware, eyewear, fragrances, underwear, and skincare products are final sale and non-refundable.No store credit or refund will be issued.

IN STORE PURCHASES

We are happy to provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase date. Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached and accompanied by original receipt exchange or in-store credit only with gift receipt and gifts. Gift cards are non-refundable. All boots, shoes, sandals, special order, pre-order, clearance, resale, local, handmade, jewelry, drinkware, eyewear, fragrances, and skincare products are final sale and non-refundable. Holiday 2025 gifts will only be accepted as an exchange or in-store credit no later than January 15, 2026. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business policies.
