Product must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached and accompanied by original receipt exchange or in-store credit only with gift receipt and gifts. Gift cards are non-refundable. All boots, shoes, sandals, special order, pre-order, clearance, resale, local, handmade, jewelry, drinkware, eyewear, fragrances, and skincare products are final sale and non-refundable. Holiday 2025 gifts will only be accepted as an exchange or in-store credit no later than January 15, 2026. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business policies.
